Creates an application shell from which the application can be launched.
Overview:
An application shell containing all of the DataViews for your application.
DataViews can be placed in different levels of the app shell.

Sets the name of the application
DataView/Action:
The DataView that the menu item will launch.
Position:
The position at which the menu item will sit in the tree.
